Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical Assistant certificate or similar is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a busy medical clinic or business environment.
• Audiology clinic experience is a plus but not required.
• Competency with EMR software (Counsel Ear) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Backup to open/close the clinic each day.
• Ensure equipment and computers are ready for patient use.
• Collaborate with PCC to manage scheduling and patient flow.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments; support admin processes.
• Manage clinic supply inventory and prepare reports.
• Participate in daily huddles and staff meetings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
