Job summary

Virsono Hearing Center, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Treatment Technician in Freehold, NJ to support the clinic with clinical and administrative tasks. You will prep exam rooms, assist with remote audiology procedures, and help manage Earlens orders and fittings.

You will collaborate with the Regional Clinic Manager and licensed audiologist, ensuring smooth patient flow, documentation, and HIPAA compliance in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certificate or similar preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a busy medical clinic or business environment is expected.
• Audiology clinic experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support clinic operations by opening/closing the clinic and preparing exam rooms.
• Assist remote audiologist with telehealth procedures and Earlens-related tasks.
• Manage Earlens device orders, fittings, and device verification.
• Coordinate with PCPs, ENT groups, and PCC for patient scheduling and follow-ups.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative processes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and clinic policies.
