Job summary

Virsono Hearing Center, Inc. is seeking a proactive clinic administrator/audiology technician to support clinic operations in Holmdel Township, NJ.

The role covers front-line scheduling, equipment readiness, and collaborative care with the remote audiologist, including Earlens device management and patient orientation. Responsibilities include coordinating with the PCC, assisting with patient intake, handling telephone inquiries, and supporting marketing outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certificate or similar preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a busy medical clinic or business environment.
• Audiology clinic experience is a plus, but not required.
• Competency with EMR software (Counsel Ear).

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup to open/close the clinic daily.
• Ensure audiology equipment and computers are ready for patient use.
• Collaborate with the PCC to manage scheduling and patient flow.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support administrative processes.
• Manage clinic supply inventory and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Join daily huddles and attend staff meetings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and clinic policies.
