Job summary

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager who floats among eight locations, supporting branch operations and guiding team members under the AVP – Regional Branch Officer. You will greet members, handle transactions, and ensure accurate processing of deposits, wires, and loans while maintaining compliance and quality service.

This full-time role requires at least three years of related experience, an associate's degree, and NMLS credentials within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate's degree required; NMLS credentials due within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Ability to work with confidential information and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manages cash levels and conducts branch audits.
• Greets members and assists with account openings, wires, loans.
• Handles complex transactions including IRA, business, fiduciary accounts.
• Provides notary and medallion signature guarantees.
• Trains new staff and oversees branch operations in Branch Officer's absence.
• Maintains balance and cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Educates members about Credit Union products and services.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
