Job summary

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union is seeking a Float Assistant Branch Manager to oversee Member Experience teams and ensure accurate, compliant service across our eight locations. You will greet members, handle transactions, support product education, and maintain strong cash controls.

The role requires a minimum of associate-level education with NMLS credentials within 90 days, plus supervisory experience. You will travel between branches to cover coverage needs and lead staff efforts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NMLS credentials required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash levels and perform branch audits across locations.
• Greet members and handle transactions including openings, wires, and loan applications.
• Provide overrides within guidelines and train new team members at the branch.
