Harris Teeter is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team as a floater with modified hours. You will lead the pharmacist-on-duty, supervise technicians, and ensure accurate dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and medication therapy management.

In this role you will maintain compliance with all laws and company standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and actively contribute to the department's success across multiple store locations.

Formación

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing (state(s) as applicable).
• Immunization-certified through APhA and CPR-certified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Numerical and financial aptitude.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to understand and solve complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Be dedicated to the overall pharmacy department success by executing strategy, motivating staff as the pharmacist-on-duty, setting priorities to maximize contribution, and seek feedback and opportunities for advancement.
• Perform all functions of a pharmacist and supervise the team; handle customer complaints and direct workflow to reduce customer wait times.
• Fulfill customer’s prescription needs while ensuring accuracy of every prescription filled.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with local, state and federal laws.
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to company standards.
• Provide direct patient clinical services, including immunizations and medication therapy management.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians when acting as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels and related procedures; maintain records and security.
