Harris Teeter is seeking a Floater Pharmacist with modified hours to support multiple retail locations. You will oversee the pharmacy on duty, supervise technicians, and ensure accuracy and compliance in every prescription filled.

Qualificações

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing in the state(s) of the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Immunization-certified through APhA and CPR-certified through an accredited organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Numerical and financial aptitude.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to understand and solve complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Execute strategy and lead the pharmacy team as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Handle customer complaints and optimize workflow to reduce wait times.
• Fulfill prescriptions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Provide direct patient clinical services including immunizations and medication therapy management.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians when on duty.
• Maintain inventory, records, and security per policy.
• Maintain proper records for controlled substances.
