Job summary

Harris Teeter in Wilmington, NC seeks a licensed pharmacist to join as a Floater Pharmacist with modified hours in our retail stores. You will provide professional pharmacy services, including immunizations and medication therapy management, while supervising technicians and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role covers multiple store locations in the Wilmington area with emphasis on patient care, safety, inventory management and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing within the state(s) of the region, as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Immunization-certified through APhA and CPR-certified through an accredited organization.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Numerical and financial aptitude.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to understand and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and act as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Provide direct patient clinical services including immunizations and MTM.
• Maintain inventory, records, and security per policy.
• Uphold professional image and adhere to company standards.
