Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Floator Pharmacist (Modified Hours) to oversee daily pharmacy operations at store locations. You will fill prescriptions, counsel patients, and supervise technicians while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

You will provide clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management, maintain inventory, and contribute to a professional store image. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid pharmacist license in the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Immunization and CPR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations as pharmacist-on-duty and guide staff.
• Fill prescriptions accurately and address customer questions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage workflow.
• Maintain inventory, records, security and planograms.
• Provide immunizations, MTM and patient counseling.
• Handle returns and maintain clean, compliant work areas.
• Adhere to company policies and signage standards.
