Job summary

Ideal Eye, a Texas-based multi-location practice within the VSP Ventures family, is seeking a Texas-licensed Floater Optometrist to support practices across Central Texas including Buda, Kyle and the San Antonio area. This role offers variety, collaboration, and meaningful patient care across multiple offices.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, assist in surgical co-management, diagnose ocular disease, and educate patients using advanced diagnostic technology.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) required.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice experience; new graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong business aptitude and ability to deliver outstanding patient service.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Responsibilities
