• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS (ARC/AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS (ARC/AHA) certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS (ARC/AHA) certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• NRP and Basic Fetal monitoring or AWHONN within 90 days for employees floating to Women’s Services.
• TNCC within 12 months for employees floating to Emergency Department.
• BSN preferred.
• Able to float to two or more units and maintain competency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Float RN may be assigned to two or more units and must maintain competency in all units.
• Direct patient care and educate patients and families while maintaining professional standards.
