Advocate Health’s Atrium Health Union - Nursing Float Pool is seeking a full-time RN to join a 3 x 12-hour shift schedule (7p-7a) with every other weekend. You must be willing to float to Atrium Health Union, Union West and Anson; float pool premium is included.

The role involves applying the nursing process, monitoring patients, and delivering safe, evidence-based care while collaborating with the care team. Strong communication and a commitment to professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
