Genoa Healthcare in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Float Pharmacist to support Central and Eastern Massachusetts, delivering professional pharmacy services and ensuring accurate prescriptions.

You will collaborate with care teams, provide immunizations where permitted, and uphold compliance while delivering outstanding customer service. The role features weekday hours with occasional Saturdays, competitive hourly pay, and benefits within the UnitedHealth Group family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license.
• Certified immunizer or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.
