Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a full-time Float Pharmacist for on-site locations in Western Massachusetts. You will process prescriptions, educate customers on medications, and provide excellent service across multiple pharmacy sites.

The role requires MA licensure, a current immunizer status or willingness to obtain, and reliable transportation. Immunizations may be administered where permitted by state boards of pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and MA license required.
• Immunizer certification or willingness within 3 months.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.
