Job summary

Genoa Healthcare in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Float Pharmacist to join our coordinated care team and support patients in Central and Eastern Massachusetts. You will dispense prescriptions, provide medication information, and deliver immunizations where allowed by state boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current pharmacist license in Massachusetts.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Performs other usual and customary pharmacy duties.
