Job summary

One Medical in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Float Medical Assistant (Lab Services Specialist) to deliver venipuncture and clinical support across multiple offices. You will join a diverse team and support providers and the virtual medical team in person and remotely.

The role requires at least 6 months of Medical Assistant or phlebotomy experience, and familiarity with our EMR: 1Life. Competitive hourly pay and full-time schedule, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy experience
• Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program or completed relevant training
• Phlebotomy certification preferred or relevant certification

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and other clinical support
• Perform non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, vaccines, PPD tests, swabs
• Label, handle and process specimens with high accuracy
• Assist with patient messages, lab case follow-ups and clerical duties
• Master Slack, G Suite, Zoom and 1Life EMR for daily tasks
