Job summary

One Medical in Surprise, AZ is hiring a Float Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant (Lab Services Specialist). You’ll provide phlebotomy support, patient care, and front desk duties across multiple offices. After training, you’ll expand to EKGs, injections, and additional clinical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of autonomous phlebotomy experience.
• Certified Phlebotomy License preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and non-blood specimen collection.
• Handle front desk tasks including check-in and scheduling.
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, and sterilization protocols.
• Support billing inquiries and patient communications.
• Lend support to providers and the virtual medical team as needed.
