Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Float Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist in Lawrenceville, GA. You will perform venipuncture and a mix of clinical support with warm, patient-centered service, while also handling front-desk tasks and coordination with providers.

This role supports multiple offices in a market and focuses on senior health members (65+). The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with typical Monday–Friday daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside training/externship.
• Excellent customer service with ability to engage patients warmly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and tech proficiency.
• Ability to work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams and remote colleagues.
• High attention to accuracy in specimen handling and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to a Senior Health population.
• Handle front desk tasks: check-in/out, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Manage calls and messages; assist providers and virtual care team.
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, inventory, and sterilization.
• Use EMR and tech tools to document, bill, and coordinate care.
• Opening/closing duties and keep office spaces organized and on-brand.
