Job summary

One Medical seeks a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to perform venipuncture and clinical support across multiple New York offices. You will be the first point of contact, ensure a welcoming lobby, and assist providers and the virtual medical team to deliver seamless care.

You will use strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving to remove barriers to care, while maintaining brand standards in office spaces and coordinating with office coordinators.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and multiple software.
• Ability to work across multiple office locations as a float.
• Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support across multiple offices.
• Manage front desk duties and patient check-in/out.
• Assist with clerical tasks and coordination with providers and virtual team.
• Maintain lobby appearance and ensure brand standards in each office.
• Respond to patient messages and assist with lab cases and forms.
