Job summary

One Medical in New York, NY is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional patient care. You will perform venipuncture, assist with clinical support services, and handle check-in and check-out duties effectively.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist, along with strong customer service and communication skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $24 to $26 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (remote experience a plus).
• Ability to persist through change, take action on challenges, and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and other clinical support services.
• Assist with extended scope duties such as EKG/ECG and vitals.
• Handle front-of-house duties including check-in and insurance verification.
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, processing, and sterilization.
