Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Lab Services Specialist to provide venipuncture and front-desk support at multiple offices in Georgia. You will ensure an exceptional patient experience from intake to follow-up, while maintaining lab quality and brand standards.

This full-time role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to work across offices with our medical and virtual care teams. Training is provided to master our suite of tools and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship
• Strong customer service skills and ability to establish relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer software and multiple systems
• Experience with collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams (remote teams a plus)
• Diploma or degree not required if experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to patients across age groups
• Greet patients and manage front desk tasks and scheduling
• Assist with extended scope duties (non-blood collection, EKGs, vaccines)
• Label, handle and process specimens with proper accuracy
• Respond to patient messages and assist providers with clerical tasks
• Support multiple One Medical offices within a market
• Open and close daily office operations and maintain space appearance
• Master the technology stack (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete tasks
