Job summary

One Medical seeks a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and clinical support while ensuring a welcoming lobby experience in New York. You will cover multiple offices as needed, acting as the first point of contact for patients and supporting the care team.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling patient check-in, scheduling, outreach, and basic billing inquiries. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Frontline patient and administrative support experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle venipuncture and clinical tasks within scope.
• Comfort with scheduling, billing, and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to patients.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, scheduling, and messaging.
• Assist providers with clerical duties and medical records reviews.
• Maintain inventory, labeling, and sterilization standards.
• Utilize Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and EMR daily.
