Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital seeks a Float Pool Critical Care RN to support ICU/PCU/ED staffing. You will perform initial assessments, document care plans, and provide patient-centered, evidence-based care as you rotate among units.

You must have ICU experience, and a California RN license; BLS, ACLS and PALS are required. A BSN is preferred, NIHSS within 3 months of hire, and CCRN is encouraged. This role offers challenging work, growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Exhibits flexibility by rotating within the ICU/PCU/ED units as competent.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Minimum of two years ICU experience; completion of an accredited RN program.
• BSN preferred; CA RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS per AHA; NIHSS within 3 months; CCRN encouraged.
