Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an RN to join a dynamic float pool supporting two Magnet-recognized hospitals. You will provide direct patient care across ICU, Emergency Department and Medical Telemetry, developing care plans and educating patients and families.

Minimum of 2 years acute care experience and an active RN license are required; strong IV therapy skills are essential. BSN and 2+ years ICU/ED experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
• RN license in good standing.
• Strong IV therapy skills.
• BSN preferred; ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across ICU, ED, and Medical Telemetry.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care and safety.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to promote excellent care.
