Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Temecula is seeking a Float Pool RN to support critical care staffing needs. Candidates must be California licensed Registered Nurses with a minimum of two years of ICU experience and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ ICU experience required.
• NIHSS required within 3 months of hire.
• CCRN encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial assessments and documents appropriately.
• Acts as a team member for multiple units as assigned.
• Provides standard level of care for patients in critical conditions.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to calculate figures and amounts

Ability to define problems and draw conclusions

Education

Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program

BSN preferred

Registered Nurse with current California RN license

Tools

BLS certification (AHA)

ACLS certification (AHA)

PALS certification (AHA)
