Talented Medical Solutions in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking an RN for the PCU/Float Pool to deliver comprehensive nursing care across ICU, Step Down, Med Surg, Day Stay, PACU and ER. EPIC experience is required for this role.

This in-office position demands strong critical care skills, a CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days, plus TNCC or active enrollment. Must thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting and collaborate within a CNA-represented team.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in state of practice, current and active in California.
• Requires BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required within 60 days of hire or transfer.
• TNCC or enrollment in TNCC class is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care in ICU, Step Down Unit, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU and ER.
• Supervises and delegates care to ancillary personnel within scope of practice.
• Maintains competencies for each unit.
• Documents care and patient education clearly and timely.
