Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking experienced CNAs to join our Regional Float Pool in Milwaukee, WI. You will float to up to seven Aurora hospitals within your zone, supporting multiple medical centers and patient needs with skilled bedside care.

Requirements include a current Wisconsin CNA in good standing and 1+ year of acute/hospital experience (2+ years preferred). BLS within 45 days is required, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits through the float pool.

Qualifications

• Active WI CNA in good standing.
• 1+ year acute/hospital experience (2+ years preferred).
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, mobility).
• Take and document vital signs and intake/output in EMR.
• Perform rounds, communicate observations to RN promptly.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharge under RN supervision.
