Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring experienced CNAs to join our Regional Float Pool across Wisconsin hospitals. The part-time CNA role offers 24 hours per week with NOC shifts on weekends and holidays, and a float assignment to up to seven facilities within Zone 3, including St. Luke's and Burlington.

Candidates must hold a WI CNA in good standing and have 1+ year of acute care experience (2+ preferred). Expect higher pay with NOC differentials, self-scheduling, and growth opportunities in a supportive

Qualifications

• Active WI CNA in good standing
• 1+ year acute/hospital experience (2+ years preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with proper technique

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.
• Measures and documents vital signs and daily weights in EMR.
• Communicates observations to RN and supports admission, transfer and discharge tasks.
• Collects urine, stool, and sputum specimens and performs point-of-care testing.
• Maintains patient room, stock, and equipment; assists with positioning and transfers.
• Adheres to infection prevention policies and safety guidelines.
