Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi-site resource team supporting Medical Surgical care across Wisconsin. Float RNs provide adaptable, high-quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need.

Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings. Completion of an accredited nursing program and an RN license are required, with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med Surg nursing across multiple facilities.
• Float to appropriate units based on organizational need.
• Deliver adaptable care and maintain patient safety across settings.

Where You Will Work:

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; and ACLS

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
