Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a Nurse Aide in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will assist RNs in providing daily care to patients, including bathing, feeding, and documenting patient information accurately.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED, be an active Wisconsin CNA, and have at least 1 year of acute/hospital experience. Basic Life Support certification is required within 45 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days.
• Active WI CNA in good standing with 1+ year acute/hospital experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily care of patients including bathing and feeding.
• Measure and document patient values like blood pressure and temperature.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as needed.
