Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I-Float to travel among assigned branches in the New York area, delivering friendly, accurate financial services and supporting customers to meet their financial goals.

You will greet clients, process transactions, assist with accounts, and help the team achieve branch sales and service goals while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Education level: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Preferred: experience in financial services industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions and resolving issues.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions while adhering to policies and regulations.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Perform special projects and maintain regulatory compliance.
