Northrop Grumman at Edwards AFB is seeking a Staff Flight Test Systems Engineer to join our Test and Evaluation team. You will develop and publish integrated test plans, detailed test procedures, and schedules for developmental testing, and provide laboratory support for integration testing.

The role requires an active US Secret clearance and a STEM background, with travel 10% and potential shift options. You will coordinate with maintenance, design engineering, and test article teams, perform

Competenze

Must have a STEM BS with 12+ years of related professional or military experience, or an MS with 10+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years.
Active US Secret clearance with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
Must obtain Mission Control Room qualification and stay current with customer training requirements.
Must be able to obtain and maintain SAP clearance within a reasonable time.
Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to brief stakeholders.
