Responsibilities

• Provide test pilot expertise to assigned programs; develop test plans and execute flights to verify airworthiness.
• Collaborate with Flight Ops Manager and Engineering to ensure safe and effective test operations.
• Engage with customer pilots and program IPTs to ensure designs are effective and suitable.
• Provide inputs for system safety, flight manuals, and aircrew checklists.
• Maintain proficiencies and currencies; participate in flight test communities of practice.
