Job summary
Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a Software Verification and Validation Engineer to join our team across Palo Alto, San Jose, or Houston offices, with the option to work remotely in the US. You will lead verification campaigns for flight software and simulation systems, developing test plans and automation to ensure software meets requirements and performance goals.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software V&V experience.
- Experience authoring test procedures and managing defects.
- Strong technical writing and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel to Palo Alto, CA occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute software verification for flight software and CFE.
- Develop and run requirement- and use-case-based tests in HIL/SIL.
- Support V&V lifecycle and test strategy definitions.
- Champion test automation to reduce errors and manual work.
- Act as subject matter expert for test processes and reviews.
- Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, data acquisition).
