Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a V&V Tech Lead to join our team in Palo Alto, CA, San Jose, CA, or Houston, TX, with remote US options. You will lead verification and validation campaigns for flight software and simulation systems, driving quality on Artemis program projects.

Responsibilities include designing verification plans, executing HIL/SIL tests, owning V&V lifecycle, and advancing test automation. Strong C/C++ and Python skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Aerospace or related field; 4 years additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• 15 years of software V&V experience.
• Experience authoring test procedures, driving process improvements and managing defects/non-conformances.
• Experience with technical writing and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute verification plans and procedures for flight software and CFE.
• Develop and execute requirement- and scenario-based tests in HIL/SIL environments and document results.
• Own V&V lifecycle and technical roadmap for flight software testing.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and champion test automation to reduce errors.
• Serve as SME and represent the organization in Test Preparation and Build Delivery Reviews.
• Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and data acquisition systems.
