Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a V&V Tech Lead to join our team with offices in Palo Alto, CA, San Jose, CA or Houston, TX. This role can be remote in the US.

You will lead verification and validation campaigns for flight software and simulation systems, and own the V&V lifecycle across test phases. Responsibilities include designing verification plans, developing HIL/SIL tests, and driving process improvements with test automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering is required.
• 15 years of software V&V experience or equivalent.
• Experience authoring test procedures and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive software verification plans for flight software and CFE.
• Develop and execute requirement and use case based tests in HIL/SIL environments and document results.
• Own V&V lifecycle and roadmap for flight software testing and validation strategy.
