Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in software engineering, computer science or related technical field.
• 12+ years of relevant technical experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing resources for software development.
• Experience in developing software for airborne systems or simulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Software IPT and coordinate across technical functions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee software systems engineers and lead software test engineers; act as Agile Product Owner.
• Drive proposals, determine execution approach, plan schedules, estimate size and cost.
