Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree.
• 8+ years of relevant technical experience with hands-on software development.
• 3+ years of relevant experience leading teams, managing resources for software development, and serving in Scrum Master or similar Agile facilitation roles.
• Strong hands-on development experience in C, C++, Rust, C#, or Java with production-quality code.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across hardware, test, systems, and management.

Responsibilities

• Scrum Master & Agile Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; manage backlog grooming and ensure Agile adherence.
• IPT Leadership: Lead a Software Integrated Product Team with authority for high-level technical decisions and technical roadmap.
• Active Software Development: Contribute to codebase, perform design reviews, and maintain code quality across stack.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between hardware, test, systems, program management, and other engineering disciplines.
• Direct customer and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment across engineering disciplines.
