Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant technical experience with hands-on software development.
• 3+ years leading teams, managing resources for software development, and serving as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong development experience in C, C++, Rust, C#, or Java with production-quality coding.
• Excellent communication and leadership with cross-disciplinary coordination across hardware, test, systems, and management.
• Experience with final products deployed beyond prototypes or internal use.

Responsibilities

• Scrum Master for software team; facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead a Software IPT with authority on technical and programmatic decisions; define technical roadmap.
• Actively contribute to the codebase; conduct design reviews and implement production code.
• Coordinate across hardware, test, systems, and management; manage interfaces and schedules.
• Communicate with customers, end users, and stakeholders to align on technical direction.
