Air Transport International in Wilmington, Ohio is seeking a Flight Support Specialist to assist dispatchers, handle pilot debrief calls, and ensure FAA-compliant record keeping. You will update flight tracking, generate daily reports, and support operations across departments.

This role requires accurate data entry, strong communication, and familiarity with Excel/Word; SABRE experience is a plus. Flexibility to work varied shifts is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of office experience.
• Typing 35 wpm.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor email for documents and instructions.
• Update the movement control system with flight information.
• Create ad hoc flights, swaps, cancellations and deletions.
• Process jump seat requests using CASS and TSA systems.
• Ensure jump seat information is entered into reports.
• Email CASS paperwork to crews and others as directed.
• Distribute monthly maintenance rider and load master requests.
• Maintain and update master jump seat spreadsheet.
• Update TSA program monthly with flight schedules.
• Monitor Mbrief for closeouts and enter flight information.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
