Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years general office experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Flexible to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to aircraft dispatchers.
• Direct phone communication with flight crew members.
• Enter data and generate reports.
• Maintain records per FAA requirements.
• Monitor charter flight progress for CVG and ILN operations.
• Disseminate information to Crew Scheduling, System Travel, System Control and Charter department.
