Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming calls for the operation and forward to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor email for documents and instructions from Operations and other departments.
• Update the movement control system (Ops) with flight information for reporting.
• Create Adhoc flights, swaps, cancellations and deletions as requested by SOC.
• Process jump seat requests using CASS and TSA systems.
