Job summary

Air Transport International (ATI) in Wilmington, Ohio, seeks a Flight Support Specialist to assist dispatchers, handle pilot debrief calls, analyze delay codes, and maintain FAA-compliant records with accuracy. You’ll update flight-tracking, generate reports, process jump-seat requests, and coordinate with security and operations to keep flights on track.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of office experience, 35 wpm, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and Word;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years office experience
• Typing 35 wpm
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work in a fast paced multi-functional atmosphere
• Effective geographical knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, and shift changes if required

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming calls for the operation and forward to departments
• Monitor email for documents from Operations and other departments
• Update movement control system with flight information for reporting
• Create ad hoc flights, swaps, cancellations and deletions
• Process all jump seat requests using CASS and TSA systems
• Enter jump seat information into jump seat report, NLCrew and TSA
• Send daily jump seat emails to outstation security departments
• Create and distribute monthly maintenance rider and load master request spreadsheet
• Ensure master jump seat spreadsheet is updated
• Update TSA program monthly with flight schedules
• Monitor Mbrief for closeouts and enter flight information
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
