Job summary

United Airlines is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Pilot Qualifications to monitor pilot qualifications, currencies, and training within Flight Training Center records. You will support scheduling, base operations, and escalation handling while maintaining strong relationships with solution owners.

You will mentor new teammates, participate in system testing for FOX and Pilot Records, and collaborate with Crew Scheduling, Training Scheduling, Flight Standards, and Manpower Planning to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Flight Operations.
• 1 year in Flight Operations.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Flight Operations pilot qualifications, currencies, and training.
• Support line and base operations scheduling and records.
• Maintain relationships with solution owners for escalated concerns.
• Respond to escalated questions in a timely manner.
• Follow up with other departments as needed.
• Audit training completions across systems.
• Assist testing of new FOX and Pilot Records programming.
• Mentor and train new team members.
• Coordinate with Crew Scheduling, Training Scheduling, Flight Standards, and Manpower Planning.
• Report programmatic qualification concerns to IT for follow-up.
