Job summary

PSA Airlines is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to develop Pilot and Flight Attendant trainings and manage scheduling, travel, and data entry to ensure safe and compliant operations.

You will create qualification records, monitor travel logistics, and plan training schedules across systems like Comply, CrewTrac and MINT. Strong Excel and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of experience in an office, administrative and/or customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Pilot and Flight Attendant qualification records and training files.
• Monitor travel logistics for Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees.
• Adjust trainee travel as necessary.
• Plan and execute training schedules in Comply, CrewTrac and MINT; reschedule as needed.
• Manage and assign instructor schedules to support training needs.
• Identify instructor gaps in training operations and address them.
• Build instructor schedules in CrewTrac and coordinate travel.
• Oversee hotel and travel for instructors and pilots/flight attendants.
