Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Operations Agent to support inbound and outbound aircraft through gate coordination, weight and balance calculations, and clear communication with flight crews and ground teams.

You will monitor radio channels, ensure paperwork accuracy, update flight information in the FIDS, and complete daily audits in line with airline procedures. Flexibility for variable shifts and successful background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in airline operations or dispatch is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign gates for inbound and outbound aircraft.
• Perform weight and balance calculations for outbound flights.
• Monitor air-to-ground radio for in-range calls and requests; relay to CS and ramp.
• Monitor station radio and communicate between CS and ramp agents.
• Provide accurate flight information to ground and flight crews.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Update RSMS reporting for all flights and flight information in FIDS.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly audit requirements as regulated by the airline.
