Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate info, baggage claims and issues with a positive attitude.
• Host kiosks and verify passenger documents prior to boarding.
• Interpret IDs with baggage and cargo routing tags.
• Keep check-in, lobby, gate and baggage areas organized and functional.
• Make gate area announcements, check baggage, and assign seats.
