Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking an Operations Agent to coordinate aircraft operations, including weight and balance, flight planning, and communications. You’ll work on a flexible schedule tied to flight activity, with duties spanning documentation, load planning, and ramp operations.

The role requires at least two years in airport operations, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years airport operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes rapport with Clients, departments, and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinates customer-related matters with Schedule, Ad Hoc charters, and vendors.
• Manages administrative functions to ensure on-time departures.
• Coordinates ramp load/unload and weight/balance processes.
• Prepares flight documents, weather briefings, NOTAMs, and flight messages.
• Prepares and communicates flight schedules and daily arrival/departure reports.
• Maintains Flight Information Display System.
• Allocates personnel with supervisors and leads as needed.
• Implements irregular operations plans and communicates updates.
• Prepares load sheets and NOTOC for crew as required.
• Transmits information to centralized load control and coordinates fueling.
• Coordinates de-icing and catering arrangements.
• Maintains records of flights and services performed.
• Handles communications via email, messaging, and phone.
