Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking an Operations Agent in Denver to coordinate and communicate across departments ensuring safe loading and unloading of aircraft. You will act as the main operational contact for internal and external partners, resolving issues to prevent delays and supporting on-time operations.

You will prepare flight paperwork, audit fuel records, and support irregular operations, baggage coordination, and ramp tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Pass pre-employment testing including drug screen and background checks.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure safe loading and unloading of aircraft.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external partners.
• Prevent delays and mitigate cancellation impacts by resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Coordinate on-time, safe operations through effective communication with departments and agencies.
• Prepare and audit flight-related paperwork, fuel records, and update flight information in systems.
• Assist in planning irregular operations, baggage coordination, cargo monitoring, and gate/remote parking management.
• Perform additional operational tasks, including ramp duties and required training.
