Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a Senior Manager of Flight Dispatch Standards & Regulatory Compliance to lead governance of dispatch standards and regulatory programs. You will ensure FAA Part 121 compliance, IOSA alignment, and operational control governance across the organization.

The role focuses on developing training, quality assurance, and disaster response readiness, while guiding leadership development and cross-functional collaboration within the Dispatch team.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience in aviation related field.
• Minimum 3 years of flight dispatch operations or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic governance for Flight Dispatch standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and publish dispatch manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and corrective action programs.
